Went in yesterday and the old lady really give me a hard time then try to same like it was my fault. I asked her could I get the pool pass from her and she said no I had to go to another location. I went outside and called the north Memphis library and they said any community center with a pool should have them. When I went back in with the man on the phone she tried to change her story and say that she was saying that she don't have anymore. 🤦🏽‍♀️

HAPPY Happy to see this facility still in operation in OUR NEIGHBORHOOD FOR US. It’s well maintained, the staff is professional friendly and safety conscious. I felt welcome while enjoying the pool and the people. I’ve been swimming there about 10+ times over the past few years and it’s always good. A true hidden gem that people never knew about or have forgotten about. Thanks Bickford Aquatic Center

Nice front desk ladies and it’s so cool they let anyone swim for free. You just have to have your ID. Clean and wasn’t busy when we went. Highly recommend! I appreciate this place and the employees!

My grandsons go here for swim team practice after school. I love this facility, it's large with 2 pools, one shallow 4ft with lanes for laps and one deep 6-12ft. It's very clean with restrooms, changing rooms and shower rooms. Plus they do offer water aerobics 2 days a week during the morning hours 10:30-11:30am.
